Use of Artwork

Prophetic art or illustration created and provided by Second Breath Studios is not to be used for selling, nor reselling (even after editing).

Brand/Logo use or Repurposing

Prophetic art created and provided by Second Breath Studios is not to be used as a logo (for either personal nor business use). We have a separate service if you have Graphic Design needs such as logo and brand identity design. Do not use for live streaming nor television and internet broadcasting branding. If used as a background piece, it would require permission from Second Breath Studios owner and founder, Jonathan Paredes.

Purpose of Artwork

The purpose for a prophetic art piece provided by second breath studios is to bring personal encouragement and inspiration, and a conversation point with the Lord Jesus Christ in your time of prayer. It can be hung up in your home, office, or establishment. Do not use it for commercial use. It is a personal art piece for the one who ordered the piece or as a gift to a loved one from said patron.

Refund Policy

There are refunds for deposits, only when the art piece hasn’t started yet. When the art piece is being made, the deposit is non-refundable. This is due to time taken creating the personal custom piece, even if left unfinished. There are no refunds for a completed art piece.

Photo Usage

Any photos given to us via email/upload (for the purpose of reference) will not be shared with the public unless we have the consent of the customer. “The public” includes the Second Breath Studios Website or Social Media platforms.

Edits and Revisions

There are only special cases for this, upon artists’ judgement there are little to minor revisions for prophetic art based on the art piece. For custom illustrations, you are given up to three revisionary edits. The depth of what is considered an “edit” is up to the artist.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
